The remaining balance is due in full no later than 7 days before the event date. Failure to submit the remaining balance by this deadline may result in forfeiture of your deposit and cancellation of the event. The standard cancellation policy in Section 3 applies to the remaining balance once paid.

5. Class Cancellation by Supper Cooking Academy

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available class date. We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may incur in connection with a cancelled class.

6. Gift Cards and Class Packs

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and may be redeemed toward any class booking on our website. Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. Class packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits from gift cards or class packs will expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be extended or refunded.

7. Health, Safety, and Dietary Restrictions

Our kitchen handles common allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, shellfish, and eggs. It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Participants with severe allergies should consult with us before booking. Supper Cooking Academy reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual whose health condition poses a risk to themselves or others.

8. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Cooking classes involve the use of sharp knives, open flames, hot surfaces, and other kitchen equipment. By participating in a class, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with cooking activities. To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, Supper Cooking Academy and Chef Damon Covington shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from your participation in a class, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
