Chef Damon Covington is an American Culinary Federation Certified Executive Chef (CEC) with a passion for sharing his culinary expertise. Trained in classical French techniques, he holds two culinary degrees and has earned four medals in professional culinary competitions.

After years of working in professional kitchens and honing his craft at the highest level, Chef Damon made a deliberate choice: to bring that same excellence directly to home cooks. Supper Cooking Academy was born from a simple but powerful idea β€” that great food is for everyone, and the skills to make it should be too.

At Supper Cooking Academy, you'll find a clean, safe, and lively environment where cooking is fun, inspiring, and educational. Every class is designed to build real skills you'll use at home β€” not just follow a recipe, but truly understand the craft behind every dish.

Beyond the kitchen, Chef Damon is committed to fighting food insecurity through culinary education and community outreach. He believes that teaching people to cook well is one of the most meaningful things he can do.
